La Bandera Phase III HOA Open Meetings
The LB3 HOA Board holds monthly meetings via Skype. Homeowners are welcome to 'sit in' and listen to the proceedings. Here is the current link and schedule. Meetings begin at 6:30 pm unless otherwise noted.

Yard of the Month
Congratulations to Ric and Denise Gregory at 8416 Arroyo Lane for winning Yard of the Month. There were six great finalists, and the vote was very close, but the Gregory's hard work and attention to detail won out. For winning Yard of the Month, they received a $50 gift card to Lowes, and the right to display the Yard of the Month sign for the next few weeks. Swing by and check it out - it looks much better in real life - and congratulate Ric and Denise on their outstanding property.
("Yard of the Month" is a bit of a misnomer, as we plan to select a winner about four times per year.)
